The unhinged podcast you never knew you needed
The Sick Sad Lit podcast is a space for complicated characters, experimental form, and authors who aren’t afraid to get weird — or honest.
I cannot believe the time has finally come for me to share what I have been working on for months.
Over the Christmas break I began to fantasise about what it would be like to launch a podcast interviewing authors of some of my most beloved books. The weird and unhinged literature that has shaped so much of my world and helped me find my place in it.
I made lists of all the writers I’d love to host, what the format would be and how the whole thing might come to life. And then, before I could change my mind, I started inviting guests. When they said yes, I knew I had to make this thing a reality.
Now I am so proud to announce the Sick Sad Lit podcast, season one launching May 22.
I have seven interviews lined up with phenomenal authors that I can’t wait to share with you all and season two is shaping up to be incredible too.
Here is the trailer and the podcast description. Subscribe on Spotify, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts.
